Hydrofoiling, wake surfing, and wing foiling are inherently dangerous activities. Riding a hydrofoil involves a real risk of serious injury or death, including from impact with the foil, mast, or wing, loss of control, collision with other riders, boats, or objects, and drowning. These risks exist regardless of skill level or experience.

By purchasing or using an OSSA Foil Boards product, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety, for the safety of anyone riding your equipment, and for using appropriate safety gear, including a properly fitted impact vest and helmet. OSSA Foil Boards strongly recommends professional instruction before riding any foil setup for the first time.

OSSA Foil Boards, its founders, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, assembly, or maintenance of our products. This includes use by minors, use without proper instruction, and use of equipment that has been modified, damaged, or not maintained according to manufacturer guidance.
