We ship as fast as we can — typically within 1 to 7 business days of your order. We do our best to get every board out the door immediately, but due to circumstances outside our control, we can't always guarantee immediate shipping. We'll keep you updated every step of the way, and we will address any issues for you. 

1-Year Warranty — Factory Defects Covered

Every OSSA board is hand-built and inspected before it ships. If your board fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we replace it. No runaround — assessed and resolved by us directly. Cosmetic wear, sun damage, and impact damage are not covered.
