We do our best to get every board out the door immediately, but due to circumstances outside our control, we can't always guarantee immediate shipping. 90-Day Warranty — Factory Defects Covered

Every OSSA board is hand-built and inspected before it ships. If your board fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we replace it. No runaround — assessed and resolved by us directly. Cosmetic wear, sun damage, and impact damage are not covered.
